NextFindit is an online job discovery and career enhancement platform. All services offered are digital in nature. This Refund & Cancellation Policy outlines the conditions under which cancellations and refunds may be requested and processed.

2. Cancellation Policy

• Users may cancel their subscription or paid service at any time.
• Upon cancellation, access to the relevant paid services will be discontinued.
• Cancellation requests must be made through the Platform or by contacting our support team.

Please note that cancellation does not automatically entitle the user to a refund, especially if the service has already been activated or used.

3. Refund Policy

Refunds may be considered only under the following circumstances:

• The payment was successfully completed, but the service was not activated.
• A technical error on the Platform prevented delivery of the paid service.
• A duplicate or erroneous payment was made for the same service.

Refunds will not be provided in the following cases:

• The service has already been accessed or utilized.
• No interview calls or job offers were received.
• The user voluntarily cancels an active service.
• Lack of response from recruiters or employers.
• Dissatisfaction based on personal expectations not aligned with the service description.

4. No Job Guarantee

NextFindit does not guarantee job placement, interview calls, or employment outcomes. Refunds will not be granted on the basis of non-selection, non-response, or failure to secure employment.

5. Refund Process

• Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 working days from the date of approval.
• Refunds will be issued using the original payment method used at the time of purchase.
• NextFindit reserves the right to approve or reject any refund request after due verification.

6. Free Services and Unregistered Users

Refunds are not applicable to free services, trial offerings, or unregistered users.

7. Fraud, Misuse, or Policy Violation

No refunds will be issued if a user is found to have:

• Provided false or misleading information,
• Misused the Platform or its services,
• Violated the Terms & Conditions or any applicable laws.
